SA: Random acts of kindness urged by Archbishop

South Australian Catholic Archbishop PHILIP WILSON says reigniting hope in a desperateworld is as simple as random acts of kindness.

Archbishop WILSON says goodwill and kind gestures could be directed at strangers orfriends and family.

Archbishop WILSON says in his Christmas message that every individual can help improvethe current mood of despair in the world by practising random acts of kindness.

He says if each individual does something good for another person, the world can regatherits hope.

He says Christmas is even more meaningful this year following the October bombingsin Bali and he's asked people to keep the injured and the families of the victims in theirprayers and thoughts.
