27 May 2011 - Kuwaiti provider of computerised passenger reservation systems Automated Systems Co (KUW:ASC) said in a bourse filing yesterday it had elected a board of directors with a three- year term.
Hadeel al-Ghunaim was appointed board chairman and Faisal Abdul Rahman was elected deputy board chairman. The remaining board members are Adel al-Dalaie, Ali al-Bader, Sharifa Ali Ibrahim and Abdullah al-Qais.

ASC (www.asc-me.net), a subsidiary of Kuwait Airways Corporation, was established in 1989. Its services include IT consulting, system design and development, system integration and outsourcing. The company also offers training customer flow management (Q-Matic System), disaster recovery solutions (DR), airline solutions and strategic outsourcing.
